Grandfather's ill health, Alia Bhatt's foreign visit cancelled

Bollywood's famous actress Alia Bhatt was supposed to go abroad to attend an award show, but she canceled her visit due to the ill health of her maternal grandfather Narendra Razdan.

Alia Bhatt's 95-year-old grandfather Narendra Razdan was admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital a few days ago after suffering from a severe lung infection.

According to Indian media reports, doctors gave the family the bad news this morning that they will have to be shifted to the ICU.

However, instead of shifting Narendra Razdan to the ICU, it was decided to make all the arrangements in his room so that he can remain at peace as he is currently in his final stages of life.

The report states that Alia Bhatt was at the airport when she got the news about her maternal grandfather's health.

The actress returned home from the airport after getting news of Nana's ill health as she did not want to attend the awards ceremony after hearing the bad news.
